A new barrio made by friends, friends of friends, and new friends, coming from different backgrounds, we’re all weird in our own way! We aim to build a comfy, modest, and peaceful little camp, where the connection with one another is the main attraction.

Camp Cambio

Greetings to all the wonderful Burners out there,
We are thrilled to introduce CAMP CAMBIO – a place of wisdom, love, and happiness that blends the exotic charm of the Orient with the fantastical allure of Wonderland. Join us at our camp to participate in a magical exchange of items and experiences, where you can trade what you have too much of for something exciting and unexpected.
Our workshops will be held daily, but the rabbit hole will be open all week, allowing you to exchange whatever you have in excess. Help others in need by donating items, or discover something new and exciting that will enlighten your path through the Nowhere week! In addition, we will also be hosting magical mad wonderland tea parties throughout the week. Join us for an enchanting experience that will transport you to a whimsical world of tea and wonder!
Join our barrio, and help us build our amazing Bedouin tent, a safe haven with an oriental twist for anyone seeking refuge. Exchange whatever you brought too much of in our rabbit hole for something surprisingly else. The content of the rabbit hole is not controlled, so you are free to place anything you like.
We will bring our 6m x 12m Bedouin tent, a shade structure, sound system, a kitchen and cooking equipment, a shower, tables, carpets, and board games, as well as tea and the magic Rabbit Hole. As part of our communal efforts, we kindly ask that all camp members participate in one food run and one kitchen shift during the week. This will help us keep our kitchen running smoothly and ensure that everyone is well-fed and happy.

Curious Creatures is all about love, curiosity and connection. We are a diverse international community of curious minds who value growth, creativity and playfulness built on a foundation of consent.

Mooncows

Mooncows Barrio is an itinerant human-bovine-hybrid urban community, centered in London and spanning all of Europe and beyond. Second year at Nowhere, we are coming with new forces to offer this joy of life experience to nobodies. We will provide the dusty people the place to relax, indulge and dare to change. You will enjoy plenty of workshops (from the quirky to grounding), a shamanistic quadraphonic psychedelic cinema, cozy lounge and a sunset pickle bar. The daily Mooncow Stampede evolves and grows, the music jams, sweet jams, drinks and pickles fill your hearts and bellies. Sunset bar welcomes everyone to enjoy, lounge and interact in a chill atmosphere with friendly cows.

Morning glory oasis

We will create a place to relax, wake up, settle down and revive. This will be a place to connect and share experiences and adventures, under the cosiness of soft music, with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and some sweetness, morning hours from 9:00 to 12:00. there is a shade structure for all day chilling, and enthusiastic camp members offering massage, chakra breathing sessions, and other work shops that will be anounced on the board in front of the camp

MultiVerse

The MultiVerse originated from a group of humans that have a history of throwing big parties in weird places with smiling ravers. We love anything from repetitive electronic music to all types of music that give you the chills and probably make you throw your hands in the air with a funny (bass)face and high five your neighbor on the dance floor.

Our daytime activities involve hosting workshops, acts, and performances, while at night, we transform into a mesmerizing dance floor. Although we identify as a sound camp, we also value the arts! We have a lot of wacky creatures running around in this MultiVerse and they have some pretty funky ideas. Are they all realistic? Probably not.. Do we try anyway? Of Course! Anything goes here and if you have an idea we’ll probably try our best to make it work. Failure is an option, it’s fun to try anyway right? If you want to merge your wildest dreams with our analogue visual projections going across the entire MultiVerse or dance in front of our bigger than human kaleidoscope for an extra special performance, we welcome you new friend!

Oasis Playground is the place to chill and talk in the afternoon and early evening. We host workshops and are very welcoming for wanderers of the playa. We are excited to create a mix of virgins and experienced burners that makes it hard to leave again.

Planet Pulpo

We’re a mixed group, brought together by our love and admiration for the great Pulpo leader. All pirates, jellyfish, pulpos, or pufferfish welcome to join our underwater nonsense. We love weird humour, sarcasm and the occasional dad joke. We are often loud and a bit crazy, but we also get things done. Throughout the week we have some events, including our very special Pulpo Spa where you can come, relax, and have your hair washed. Our goal is to create a fun home base for people to make some friends and have a good time.

Ran’Dome

Waves of Music

Ecstatic Dances every evening, and Silent Disco nights.
In the daytime, come chill in our dreamy Bedouin pillow camp, where from time to time our Mysterious Mistresses serve you a tea, in lingery (or without lingery). We host an all-day open stage for all the wonderful souls in Nowhere, to share, to act, to sing, to dream, to celebrate life with us.

Werkhaüs

Werkhaüs is home for those who create the Nowhere we love and adore – the volunteers. This barrio is a NOrg project and part of NOrg’s volunteer department. Its goal is providing a social space and comfort for the people that spend a lot of time making Nowhere happen. Werkhaüs is the living room of the set up & strike crew and it is turned into a barrio during the event. So, during the event, Werkhaüs is a normal-ish barrio, where “very involved humans” are welcome to join us.

WhyNot

WhyNot is a no drama, have a drink and put up your feet vibe camp with the best Bloody Marys on Playa(Fod, Dirt, Dust, _____ , ect.), a tea house built for the perfect escape from the heat of siesta, the most comfortable dome to rest that weary dome of yours for the full relaxation experience and an on board, full sized all inclusive theater just for flying on by and saying hello!

Wonderever

Wonderever is a chill and arty place, where we gather and wonder. We provide a space for education and wonder with our workshops and lectures moments. We throw a party on friday if we get hold of an art car. And when we are doing none of those we are sleeping in our hammocks

Yes!

We are spiritual-seekers with a twist of sexiness. Our camp has the basics covered, enough shade to protect our tents from the Spanish sun, and two domes for the dozens of workshops we throw including hanging the occasional Shibari partner. We stick to the quieter end of the playa (it helps with what little sleep we end up getting) and may be going full solar this year. Our kitchen cooks for 60 and has been known to use camp members instead of serving trays. We drink radlers during build, many many radlers, and keep some surprises for those who are able to stick around for strike.

Come through Divas! Your den has arrived! We are a bunch of magical creatures who want to offer a place for LGBTQIA+ folks to meet and feel comfortable. Happy, happy….. joy, joy! This would have been our 10th year if it hadn’t been for you know what but we’re counting our blessings. We’ll be serving coffee and donuts on some mornings or hopefully every morning before dawn. Which mornings? Every morning? We don’t know! The deadline for submitting this barrio blurb was way back in April. We can’t plan to commit that far out. In any case, if any of you hippie rascals still happen to be wandering, or stumbling around the playa before dawn, come by and find out. If you happen to be a newcomer to this wonderful thing we like to call Nowhere, please remember, no cup…… no coffee.

EAT YOUR ART OUT is a femme-power Queer camp with an emphasis on female leadership. AT EYAO we celebrate the full spectrum of diversity within the LGBTQ+ community at Nowhere. We are a creative, minge loving, twerk-tastic, gender bending, power ballad bashing Camp of camps. Consent, social justice and inclusion are at the core of our space. Eat in our veggie kitchen, join the Queer-beret show or Nowhere’s first womxn led build crew!

FADIJA

The theme is Middle Eastern vibe and hospitality. We will design a low sitting chill out space, gift the nobodies with black coffee, servitude, Middle Eastern snacks, and wokshops. we play a soundtrack of typical Middle Eastern music, from classic Arabic through Mediterranean / Turkish style and all the way to Psy / Goa trance. From a laid back desert vibe we can speed up to 150bpm. This is the Middle East, it’s chaotic and exotic.

HAMMOCK REACTOR

Come to the Hammock Reactor to chill out in your hammock. There is space for 20 hammocks – bring your own or use one of ours. Shade above, music in your ears, illuminating LED blinkies, a stage in front of you for artists.

The Hammock Reactor is built by Salon Leobard, an European art salon based in Vienna, Austria. The reusable wood and metal structure has been to other burns since 2017. As an experiment in applied partycle pseudo physics, the scientific dream of the reactor is to gather a critical mass of hippies with a high chill energy level in a small space to ignite a hot hippie fusion plasma.

HYPERFLOW

We are a few friends wanting to open our pseudo-barrio space to freecampers. We are plannng to bring basic infrastructure to share, like a chilling multipurpose quantic dome. MIRAGE

A safe haven to reconnect. That is what we would like Mirage to be this year. After two years of Covid, we have all lost a part of our sense of community within the confusion of self-isolation, fear and doubt. This year we want Mirage to be a place where we can safely come back out of our shells and re-learn and re-experience all the wonderful interactions that are possible between us.

A place where we can live, dance, love and have new experiences and connect with new and old friends on the Spanish playa. Come and join us in this exciting and wonderful adventure! Whether you are a new member or one of the older ones, we can’t wait to see you again in the dust!

MoonCows Barrio We are a human-bovine hybrid community based in London spanning far beyond. This will be our first time as an official Barrio, but as a community of friends we’ve been together at NW twice before. We are a barrio of indulgent acceptance, aiming to encourage your metamooooorphosis into your next phase of self.

We will be offering workshops – from quirky mooooooing to transformational regeneration of a potential you might have been seeking for a while… The herd is going to erect multiple spaces for various transfigurations – a chill out space to layback doused in music and indulgence; musical jamming; auto-shamanistic journey dome.

As our namesake indicates we will be celebrating the lunar cycle with a pre/post sunset bar with tapas and drinks, and perhaps some bovine shenanigan exchange. We are friendly to all and welcome all to be friendly with us 🙂

PLANET PULPO

Bringing a tiny little underwater oasis to our otherwise scorching hot field of dirt. Are you hot? Dirty? Exhausted? Come by and relax in our underwater spa where someone will spray you down and get you all prettied up to continue on your adventures. Throughout the week we will be offering all types of salon activities so come by. We’re a mixed group, brought together by our love and admiration for the great Pulpo. All pirates, jellyfish, pulpos, or pufferfish welcome to join our underwater nonsense.

PLAYGROUND

We like to think of ourselves as the perfect camp to come play, dance and chill in the afternoon and early evening. We host some pretty awesome workshops every year.

RAN’DOME

Ran’Dome comes back for its sixth year at Nowhere as the place where anything happens. During the day, we host various workshops, at night we host DJs. Whatever your mood is, you’ll find here space to chill, talk, play, have fun and dance.

RED ZONE AMAZONS

Three amazons walk into a bar. The first one builds up a sound system and plays funny and weird but dancable music. The second one builds up shades and puts sofas and other fluffy things underneath it so everyone can siesta or do a workshop. The third one goes directly to the bar and shakes some tasty drinks. Do you like to dancy dance all night? Then you may turn into an amazon and join the red side!

SSSH!

sssh! is THE place to go for massage and meditation at Nowhere. Once again we’ll be running a mix of meditation groups from yoga to tantra to massage classes. And of course, we’ll have our annual mud bath!

Welcome to WhyNot?, a wonderful oasis away from the busy playa (FOD) where you can relax and play(non-sexually:) in our crazy cozy cocoon, cool down and be pleasantly “mist-ified” in our spacious Teahouse where you might also find any number of fun and intriguing events and workshops, or enjoy a dusty night out at our lovely cinema, happening every evening of the event! WONDEREVER

Welcome to Wonderever’s world of wonderful wanderers! Since 2013 we’ve combined a chill atmosphere with a touch of craziness. Take a bunch of hammocks, pillows and couches and throw them together with a glory hole, rooftop mattresses, a bondage cage, spontaneous borrowed art car parties and voilà .. Wonderever is ready!

YES! CAMP

We are spiritual-seekers with a twist of sexiness. Our camp has the basics covered, enough shade to protect our tents from the Spanish sun, and two domes for the dozens of workshops we throw including hanging the occasional Shibari partner.

We stick to the quieter end of the playa (it helps with what little sleep we end up getting) and may be going full solar this year. Our kitchen cooks for 60 and has been known to use camp members instead of serving trays

ARRÊTE TON CIRQUE !

Our camp offers different daytime activities and games, such as yoga, dance, poi dancing, juggling, body painting, hug deli, wheel of fortune etc. Every evening, we also offer fresh punch and some snacks to warm people up for the night. Simple yet surprising, sweet and sticky, the Babababarrio is a place where elephants come to relax after a long flight. PLANET PULPO

Planet Pulpo is a relaxed barrio that is community oriented and supportive for its underwater creatures. We are 30 different sea creatures: pulpos, squids, jellyfishes, turtles and the odd lake monster…

Since we are the underwater barrio, we also want to bring some cool relief to the participants of Nowhere. At least one day, we will be debuting the Planet Pulpo Spa with fans, mist, a nail salon and a hair wash station. Sit back, relax, and try to forget for a moment that you are in a 50° field of dirty. Our chilling space also provides shade, a sofa, hammocks and mattresses.

PLAYGROUND

We’re struggling with our identity, but are famous for our hospitality. Welcoming all dusty beings wandering around to come and chill with us. We like to think of ourselves as the perfect camp to come play, dance and chill in the afternoon and early evening. We host some pretty awesome workshops every year. Our infamous “Tittie Appreciation hour” for example. People from all over the playa come running up to see what the commotion is about!

RAN’DOME

The Sandy Biscuits provide a wonderful relaxed afternoon hang-out space. There is shade, there are some fine tunes, lounge spaces, exquisite company and most probably some (sandy) biscuits. We are a welcoming bunch and like hosting daytime events where you can lean & vibe with us and share some drinks, wiggles, silly banter or deep conversation until we close camp activities for the night to roam the rest of the playa.

SI BARRIO

We’re a group of people who had a dream: going to Nowhere. Under our shaded dome, you’ll find a warm and cosy atmosphere, a bit of yoga, vegan food and the best beer on the playa.

SOLAR PUNKS

SolarPunk is a movement based around a sustainable, renewable future; free from rulers and borders. Focused on craftsmanship, community and utopian vision, we explore possible futures through art, discussion and the occasional party.

SOLONIA WILDS BAR

Our mission is to create the most welcoming and fucked up bar on the playa ! Under a very large shade structure, we’re offering wine and cold beer all day and night (well… until we run out of booze), and trying to entertain our guests with djs, a dance area, stupid drinking games, and also a very unique powertool massaging zone, the infamous “Buffer Zone”.

Camp Trash uR Planet will bring a new light to the usage of materials in our commercial and capitalistic world. Through various art projects we will invite the people of nowhere to rethink their views on possession, waste and value. It is a place where the change of mind from simply consuming to actually using and repurposing is made visual.

Where waste is seen as raw material. Where our mother earth is seen as a closed system and therefore by definition all material is a limited edition. It is a project that the whole of Nowhere can work on, together.

We’re good at food, bodypainting, and waiting for nothing – which is the main course on our Barrio’s menu. Serving good times, lounge music, and a chill space from dawn till dusk. Our diner acts as a gallery space for neo-post-contemporary-antique-burner art and interactive installations. Stop by and wait for eat.

WAVES OF MUSIC

We are bringing the dance to Nowhere, in Waves of Music. International top DJ’s, top sound and top atmosphere for the dances of your live. Ecstatic Dance & Contact Impro, morning yoga, singing circles. When you get the choice to sit it out or dance, we hope you’ll dance like nobody’s watching.

WERKHAÜS

Werkhaüs is home for those who create the Nowhere we love and adore – the volunteers. This barrio is a NOrg project and part of NOrg’s volunteer department. Its goal is providing a social space and comfort for the people that spend a lot of time to making Nowhere happen!

Werkhaüs is the living-room of the set up crew & strike crew and it is turned into a barrio during the event. So, during the event, Werkhaüs is a normal-ish barrio, where “very involved humans” are welcome to join us.

WHY NOT?

Come and see where the comfort started – literally: Nowhere’s original and best chill out camp is back for our 11th year of giving you the fluffy Cocoon: a place to collapse and carry on enjoying the night when your legs can’t take any more but your brain is still up and about.

We’ve also got some new activities to enjoy including new workshops, reading corner and a few pop-up games to look out for. Also back this year with our sister camp Babycham, we’ll have our usual kick-arse Thursday night village party with top-notch cocktails. WONDEREVER

Quite known for our chilled space and relaxing hammocks, Wonderever is pressing the reset button this year. What will it look like? Noone knows yet…

We’re trying on a small scaled the do-ocracy model, with an emphasis on wandering and wondering. Wierd art? Strange fuckery? Questioning place?

Across the dusty desert you appeared like a mirage. I was mesmerized at first sight. My family jewels jiggled a bit, but I was carrying them that day for mom. I never forgot you, or that moment. It touched me deep down ( like when I used to go to confessional).

ZOOASIS

Zooasis is your go-to-place for a bit of fresh air and tropical vibe in this hot and sunny desert! In the afternoon, we’ll make sure to cool you off with a refreshing breeze, ice cold drinks (iced tea, smoothies, milk shakes and other refreshments) and various workshops. At night, we’ll stimulate the party animal in you with our great DJ crew.

Our camp will offer different activities and games on afternoons, such as laughter yoga, poi dancing, juggling, hug deli, wheel of fortune. Every evening, we will offer about 10 L of fresh punch and some snacks to warm people up for the night. On top of that, a ball pit will be placed in front of the camp for people to relax and play at anytime.

Baby Bloomers

The Baby Bloomers target a collective fluffy lovely experience ! Our 3 main goals are : 
1- To welcome newbees in a very sweet, pink & fluffy mood !!

We worship the sun daily with sunrise and sunset parties, and look to cultivate a level of mindfulness and sustainability that accompanies our many celebrations of life! Sure we can party 24h a day, 7 days a week, but what do we get out of it ?” Barrio Espace comes back as an “espace” for all nowhere individuals to mingle, exchange and learn from each others through creative self-expression and sharing.Unleash your imagination, have fun and discover other crazy people in our collaborative, artistic and radically wtf workshops, parties and events.

Bread & Tomato

The catalan barrio rides into the dust again. We are bringing tons of the famous catalan tapa ‘Pa amb tomàquet’ for everyone, along with good music, art, love and smiles.

Camp Fiasco

Camp Fiasco provides: an excellent soft flooring for siestas in the shade, a sense of humour, nothing that could possibly go wrong, a Jesus Convention and a platform for your own Epic Speech on a Magic Flying Carpet. And if nobody shows up, well, it’s a fiasco.

It’s all about frilly knickers, dusty tutus and mincing your moves on our catwalk. We offer costumes, face painting, glitter slaps, and general good times to everyone anytime. xxx

Cosmik Animals

Come and dance with us! We love musik and this year we want to marry blasting dj’s with a blasting sound system. We are going nowhere with every animal that you can find inside yourself. We do workshops with mermaids and massages of your zebra back. Lazy leopards can cuddle in our big chill-out with tutu elephants and dusty elfs.

Cwtch

A comfy living room to flop in under a shade with some misters and relaxing tunes, featuring a paddling pool filled with Lego, fun and relaxing workshops in the hot afternoons and thousands of fairy lights at night. We’ll be serving toasties, coffee and drinks.

Donut

Donut is going Pirate. What does that mean? Come by and find out you lilly livered landlubbers. While your’re at it, roll with the beats in our Roller Disco.

EAT YOUR ART OUT is a womxn led, femme-power Queer camp celebrating the full spectrum of diversity within the LGBTQ+ community at Nowhere. We are a creative, minge loving, twerk-tastic, gender bending, power ballad bashing Camp of camps. Consent, social justice and inclusion are at the core of our space. For the bursting joy of all visionaries, chillers and music lovers the Garden will strike the playa for its tenth year! Glowyowl

From time immemorial, each millennium, the great glowy owl invests a new carnal envelope to donate chill to humanity, to bring together and soothe overloaded souls, scattered and lost. HIT AND MISS’

Eat me is an international, intimate barrio which focuses on art, performance and the nurturing of our fellow nobodies. We have performers from different arts amongst us, who will be hosting (musical) workshops during day time and fun activities throughout the week. Come evening, we will bring a pop-up surprise to the playa, nurturing our participants needs and making new connections which may lead to… who knows?!

Hyper Flow

Hyper Flow Camp arrives to the Arena! This is an experimental creative camp where we will help each other to make our dreams reality! We will dream together, play music and buid a common narrative to change the wold by having fun! We also love taking care of each other, massaging and sexy chilling.

Tired of all the layers and layers of tags and properties that have been added over the years to your “personality”? Come play with us the peeling off of the habitual “you”, like the peeling off of an onion. After all the layers are gone what remains? NOTHING/NOWTHING! A spacious sensation where all is possible! Planet Pulpo

In Soviet Übertown party comes to you. In Planet Pulpo you can go to party but the party won’t come to you. Planet Pulpo is a relaxed barrio that is more community oriented and supportive for its underwater creatures.  We are 30 different sea creatures: pulpos, squids, jellyfishes, turtles and the odd lake monster…

We are tolerant and open minded, a strongly participatory camp that treasures the extreme match of being small and very active.

Playground

We’re not a circus camp as our name may suggest but we do have two giant trampolines and slack lines. We’re famous for our hospitality, welcoming all dusty beings wandering around, to come and chill with us. We like to think of ourselves as the perfect camp to come play, dance and chill in the afternoon / early evening. We host some awesome dance workshops every year, not to mention our infamous “Tittie Appreciation hour”, that has people from all over the playa come running up to see what all the commotion is about!

Psychedelephant

A diverse, inclusive, elephant shaped party space! With workshops and performances by day, DJ slots and live bands by night, our double-domed elephant offers a place to dance or a soft spot to sit down at any time. We’d describe our sound as FUNKY, if it’s cool and catchy we’ll play it so bring us those Cat Empire glitch hop mixes you’ve been working on.

We’re experienced burners and practically minded party people welcoming old and new nobodies alike. Expect a friendly, down to earth crew of jokers and a lot of late nights. All we ask is that you bring a good attitude and a desire to help us host a great space!

Ran’Dome

Ran’Dome comes back for its fifth year at Nowhere, as a place where anything can happen. During the day, various workshops happen in the shade of Ze Dome, while a variety of parties are hosted during crazy nights. Whatever your mood is, you’ll find here space to chill, talk, play, have fun and dance. 

Retardigrades

We are mostly about nonsense things, and not very serious about anything… And we carry stuff around while we play, or hum or sing haphazardly the imperial march from Star Wars… (we do not recognize their TM out of practical purposes).

Shandy Bisqwuits

Sandy Biscuits hosts a colorful and relaxed daytime destination, where we love to chill together in the shade of our excellent Lean & Vibe lounging area, hosting Nobodies who are looking for some fine music & company. Come by and join us for some wiggles, daytime bar, our fun workshops and transcending art pieces. At night, we dress up and roam the wonders of Nowhere to meet all you beautiful souls.

Sock, Cock and Dance

Join us for fun and frolicks galore with our giant twister, dance off arena, sock wrestling, welly wanging and inflatable cock fighting championships. Laughter yoga sessions, workshops and tasty vegan parathas cooked onsite for you to enjoy

Solonia Wilds Bar

Our mission is to create the most welcoming and fucked up bar on the playa. Under a very large shade structure, we’re offering wine and cold beer all day (well… until we run out of booze), and trying to entertain our guests with djs, a small dance area, pole dancing, a powertool massaging zone, and other stupid stuff. 

Slumberland

Imagine a magical place beyond the third mushroom on the right. You can only find it by getting yourself lost. You will meet magical creatures who will receive you with open arms and hearts. Wanna play? They will lure you in and seduce you. You will feel welcome, 100% loved and seen. Then you doze off in a luxurious canopy bed and dream of having a hot threesome with Han Solo and Barbarella in space. 

The friendly folks of the small Slumberland barrio are a happy bunch, mostly from the Netherlands. We dreamed of creating our own little sex positive safe haven in a corner of Nowhere, where we can chill, connect, frolic around, enjoy the shade, each other and organize some fun workshops and rituals. This is the first year we are making this dream come true. Exciting!

Super Barrio Brothers

Super Barrio Brothers will be returning in 2018 as a slightly smaller sound camp moving to the amber noise zone so that we can all get a better night’s sleep, we’ll concentrating on a more relaxed festival and adopting a kinky theme with some fun daytime events and a few evening parties. 

The Flat Playa Society

Despite what the so-called ‘scientists’ have been claiming for years, we possess compelling evidence that the playa is flat ! Welcome to Wonderever’s world of wonderful wanderers! Since the last 5 years we’ve combined a chill atmosphere with a touch of craziness. Take a bunch of hammocks, pillows and couches and throw them together with a glory hole, rooftop mattresses, a bondage cage, spontaneous borrowed art car parties and voilà .. Wonderever is ready!

Described as “”the barrio that taste forgot”” by its own members, Babycham goes from one political scandal to the next in a whirl of apathy. We host coffee and classics most mornings, our “”Sacrificial Virgin”” party on Tuesday, The Village party on Thursday with Why Not and of course the ever tasteful “”Penis Appreciation Hour”” on Saturday.

Barrio Espace

“Sure we can party 24h a day, 7 days a week, but what are we learning from it ?” Barrio espace comes back as an “espace” for all nowhere individuals to mingle, exchange and learn from each others through creative self-expression.

Barrio Queerdo

Some dusty hippies come in flavours of LGBTQ+, queer and polyamorous and Barrio Queerdo welcomes you. Barrio Queerdo is a safe, inclusive space on the playa for you to be explicitly yourself. We’ll be inviting and facilitating self-expression, intimacy, body positivity and sex positivity for those who are interested and curious. Allies welcome.

BREAD&TOMATO

After an outstanding experience last year, the catalan burners ride again. We’ll be offering our legendary sunset parties with fresh Bread & Tomato for everyone, along with music, body painting, costumes, and other activities/surprises.

Camp Costume Camp

Camp Costume Camp open throughout Nowhere to anyone who wants a costume transformation. We’re not able to accept more people camping with us this year, but we are delighted to accept donations to keep the costume racks full. 

Cave of Wonders

Cave of Wonders will be a golden, magical cave with flying carpet, a tea guru & comedy workshops. 

Chrysalis

We have chosen the name “Chrysalis” to symbolise that our barrio will focus on ideas of re-birth, re-creation and self-discovery. We plan to offer nurturing spaces, inspiring workshops and a variety of materials through which people can unleash their creativity and explore themselves and each other in a loving way. The intention is for the barrio itself to transform during the week from a space ripe with potential into a magical, co-created expression of Nowhere.

Cosmopolillas

Donut camp wants to be a part of your Nowhere journey of collective transformation, mind expansion and self-exploration. Want to get on the bus and take a ride with us? Eat Your Art Out

Eat Your Arse Out is where everything that is wrong, is right. We are the ultimate LGBTQRSTUVW… Queer, intersuctional, minge loving, twerk-tastic, gender bending, power ballad bashing Camp of Camps. WE ARE CONSENSUALLY NOT OK. Come and get your alter sex ego on. Do our ‘let it go’ workshop. Join our powerful cheese music appreciation society. Eat in our veggie kitchen. Chill out at our bar with board games and music in a family style living room area. From time to time there will be Shiatsu treament available by a professional, while our temple guru provides herbal teas in case of headache or belly problems.

Deep into the Cacaphony and the burlesque, the barrio will offer a chill space for nobodies to have a cup of tea or a crazy night with pranks and joyful music. The best night ever will be the night where Occitan regionalism cuisine echoes the deep playa souls. New members are welcome.

We’re the Funky Guarriors, a group of music alchemists and sacred hands, who love dancing and playing records to heal the body, mind and soul. Our camp is all about healing with the power of love, cosmic synergies and music. A place to connect, be touched, dance and discover something new with a funky twist.

Over multiple dinners and discussions we have tried to understand what brings us together and why we would like to go to Nowhere together. Our conclusion is that we would like to have many more dinners and discussions about sustainablity,innovation and beauty, we would like to quench our thirst for curiousity and experience, we would like to surround ourselves with wonderors who, like us, want to experience social forms that will lead to creation of the elusive utopia and finally we would like to keep it enjoyable and spontanious.

Never Never Learn

Never Never Learn is back having learnt sweet FA in the ‘real world’. We will be throwing one last hoorah, in the name of Halloweaster, hip hop and less than desirable organisational skills.

In the late afternoon and early evening, when people have emerged from their heat induced coma but aren’t yet seeing unicorns, our DJs will be playing the finest chilled out sets accompanied by a fanciful selection of dusty tapas, cocktails and more. 

Palomas Naranjas

With a penchant for absurdity, and a passion for love birds, Palomas Naranjas will be a space where you can finally get the marriage of your dreams. We will provide the music, rings, a sinister minister, and of course plenty of wedding attires to choose from.  You just have to show up and bring someone to marry… lover, friend(s), yourself, or even your phone (we don’t judge!). At night you can expect a space with some sweet tunes from our DJ’s and plenty of dancing.

Planet Pulpo

In Soviet Russia party comes to you. In Planet Pulpo you can go to party but the party won’t come to you 🙂

Planet Pulpo is a relaxed barrio that started 4 years ago as a drama-free chilled space and has become more community oriented and more supportive for its underwater creatures. 

Ran’Dome

Ran’Dome comes back for its fourth year at Nowhere, as a place where anything can happen. During the day, various workshops happen in the shade of Ze Dome, while a variety of parties are hosted during crazy nights. Whatever your mood is, you’ll find here space to chill, talk, play, have fun and dance.

Sandy Biscuits

Sandy Biscuits hosts a colorful and relaxed daytime destination, where we love to chill together in the shade of our excellent Lean & Vibe lounging area, hosting nobodies who are looking for some fine music & company.

Since 2010 sssh! has been the massage and meditation central of Nowhere. We’re really excited to continue this tradition for 2017. Once again we’ll be running a mix of meditation groups from yoga to tantra to massage classes to help even more of you use our tables. And of course, we’ll have our annual mud bath!

As a gift to all Nobodies, our barrio offers a large selection of body-based workshops and activities ranging from Contact Improvisation to BDSM and personal growth to oil actions. We are a sex positive and queer-friendly camp with an interest in learning and sharing safe ways to create authentic connections with the self and the other through touch and play. Most of us sleep at night to party during the day.

Twisted reality

Camp that is dedicated to good conversations, directness, no bullshit and keeping it real but we also like to skip hop and play. We provide a big twister game area on the playa and a couple of art installations.

WaiTForeat

We’re good at food, bodypainting, and waiting for nothing – which is the main course on our Barrio’s menu. Serving good times, lounge music, and a chill space from dawn till dusk. Our diner acts as a gallery space for neo-post-contemporary-antique-burner art and interactive installations. Stop by and wait for eat.

Werkhaüs

Werkhaus is home for those who create the Nowhere we love and adore – the volunteers. Before the event, this is one of the first shades to go up. And after the event, this is the last oasis in the desert. During the event, Werkhaus becomes a normal-ish barrio, with paying campers, who enjoy delicious food and drinks while relaxing under our giant shade structure in between shifts and activities.

Welcome to Wonderever’s world of wonderful wanderers! Since the last 4 years we’ve combined a chill atmosphere with a touch of craziness. Take a bunch of hammocks, pillows and couches and throw them together with a glory hole, rooftop mattresses, a bondage cage, spontaneous borrowed art car parties and voilà .. Wonderever is ready!

WTF – Where’s The Firetruck

Are you a musician but you dont have your instrument with you? Then come to us and make your own nowhere band. We will provide a Sound System and a lot of Instrument so you can jam all day long.

Barrio Espace

We’re basically a group of friends sharing love for electronic music and art festivals experiments. The main aim of the barrio will be to share, within a cosmic staging (structures, light show), our music through djset. With different ambiance depending on the hour of the day, from chill ambient to serious techno.

La Botica Exótica

From the ashes of Sentimos rises La Botica Exótica (no, that’s not an anagram). 40 of us will gather in the dust to co-create Nowhere’s first apothecary, featuring all manner of magical potions, lotions, powders, poultices, herbs, spices, elixirs and preserved fruits, animals, hopes, dreams and emotions.

Bread and Tomato

BREAD & TOMATO, a small but fun place to hang out, we are bringing some cool stuff with us: a sound system, costumes, ah! and of course, traditional Bread & tomato will be served for everyone along with other surprises.

Last year we offered Nowhere a comfy living room with cosy sofas, cushions and thousands of fairy lights. This year we’ll be bigger and better, adding a bar serving toasties, coffee and drinks, a sound system for chilled tunes in an expanded psychedelic southern porch, fun and relaxing workshops and games in the hot afternoons and more.

A home where the Fuscht meets the Faff. And together we will start a journey with our imaginary Zeppelin towards the castles in the sky.

The usual colourful, huge shade structure, our big cuddle-puddle and good old International-Swiss hospitality awaits you if you seek shelter from the sun, need a break from your journeys or want to travel with us through the clouds. There will be space for talking, painting your faces, chill, exchange, teach, learn, having fun and sometimes maybe even a bit of hip-shaking-ass-wiggeling-head-bouncing and more. Ou, and loads of random weird things might happen as well, of course. It’s the home of our carts and carriages. A place where tradition meets new inputs and crazy minds collide.

Donut

We’re a barrio of mostly Spanish speakers and some of us speak a little english. We don’t want anybody in our camp to feel excluded because of the language barrier.

Eat Your Art (Arse) Out is where everything that is wrong, is right. We are the ultimate LGBTQRSTUVW… Queer, Intersuctional, Minge loving, Twerk-Tastic, Gender Bending, Power Ballad bashing camp of camps. WE ARE CONSENTUALLY NOT OK. Come and get your alter-ego on. Do our ‘let it go’ workshop. Join our powerful cheese music appreciation society. Eat in our Vegan Kitchen. and above all else – CELEBRATE THE MINGE. All (un)contained in a multi-colorured chintzey granny house, flying the rainbow flag for Nowhere.

We’re an heterogeneous group of Spaniards with some kids, willing to share all kind of aged experiences, from child friendly stuff at our camp to hard party onboard our art car around the playa, there’s a whole rainbow of possibilities!!!

Garden of Joy

For the bursting joy of all visionaries, chillers, and music lovers the Garden will strike the Playa for the seventh year. The Garden of Joy is a cosmopolitan melting pot based about inclusion and gentleness that becomes home. Our three strengths: Food, music and love! Here&Now

Here&Now camp aims to create a space for personal transformation within Nowhere. We will offer a wide range of workshops, talks, daily yoga classes, massage and bodywork, naked hippies, and smiles.

The Hug at The Snug 

Situated in the quiet zone, The Hug at The Snug is a safe space, a sanctuary, a refuge and an event space. We promote communication and well being, and we strive to provide everyone with an open, non-judgemental and peaceful environment. We encourage people to be themselves and to express themselves freely.

Intergalactic Freak Company

Total universal unconditional psychedelicious love, freak music and events. Come and enjoy our silent disco, multidimensional cocktails, our special treats and our oh so comfy chill out. come you lovely freaks you!! 

Orphans

Orphans is a hug-oriented chill-out camp. We host Block 44 (the famous Bavarian Beer camp) and the Retardigrades, dedicated providers of snuggle space.

Pandemonium

Pandemonium is a place to party in, party in-between, and lounge around in that always welcomes everyone. Step inside to our shiny, mind-bending kaleidoscope where you can trip out with our mirror garden, relax on our comfy sofas and help us bridge the gap between partying and participation.

Planet Pulpo is a low-key camp. We host Story Hour, and in 2016 will also be home to the Dusty Library.

Playground Theory

Playground Theory was created to share and bathe in the splendid art of being your youthful self. We like to jump on our trampolines, play mini golf, be idiots, but also run some mindful workshops, and like most human beings: eat, dress up and dance.

Poolhaus

Poolhaus is back. Lets get moist together. Take off your finest swimwear and take the plunge into Nowhere’s finest watering hole. Open sometime between sunrise and sunset every day. With a nice soft poolside chill out space.

Ran’Dome

Ran’Dome is a place where anything can happen. In the midst of crazy nights, Ze Dome hosts workshops and games during days, parties at night. We are also very glad to announce that Lawaai&Kaberdouch, the Belgian Happiest Hour, is back this year in our salon, yeah!

Shandy Bisqwuits

Übertown

Everyone’s favourite dystopic bass camp is back for another year (our tenth year as a barrio in various iterations)! We have a lot of theatrical decor, lights, fire puffers and of course a huge soundsystem. We have a predominantly electronic/bass music policy, but by no means exclusively so. Any DJs or VJs are always welcome to get involved.

Underwhere

Underwhere brings the root of nature, pure connection and a playful tribe vibe. We bring you natural shelter, a nest to feel safe and comfortable and a Oasis in the Dessert. We bring party and love, music and food, and a awesome crazy huge Snake playing tunes in the dessert.

Wait For Eat – The quintessence of chill

This is not a party camp. But on your way to or back from parties, you won’t find a better place to chill with coffee (in the morning), pastis (the rest of the time), games, and super friendly people. We like it long, slow, and good, and we mostly speak with a French accent – hence the name. Come and get lazy with us !

Werkhaüs

Werkhaus is the first structure to go up at Nowhere and the last to come down. It’s the camp for those who create the Nowhere we love and adore. During the festival, Werkhaus is the volunteers’ home, who are paying campers who enjoy delicious food and beer from the kitchen and relaxing under the giant shade structure in between shifts. All of us volunteer for a variety of roles and shifts during the event. Werkhaus is also an excellent option for those lonesome travellers who want to find a welcoming ready-made family eager to squeeze you in its big strong arms and put you to good use.

Wonderever

A super chill barrio where we wonder and wander as much as possible with the rest of the Nowherian community. Eclectic sounds, excellent vegetarian food, loving people, relax zone, shade, little projects, dirty wonderings, silly  atmospheres, and so much more. We are all co-creater of this barrio, so be aware when you join we expect you to help making work light and take initiative in offering help. We work, chill, play, party and wonder together!

Wöttaa

Wöttaa is a small onion providing shadow. Under its protective skin you will find a chill-out space. The onion gives out his juice at the hottest hours, you are welcome to have tea. From time to time, its crunchy layers will be hosting activities. At night, the onion lights up and shows us its spiciness: some magical home-made drinks of our own.

We bring you a fluffy and illuminated experience where you’ll discover collective beauty, across Improv’Theater, cheap jokes, body painting, making micro-performances and experiment.. and cuddly, fluffy teddy bears! Our main goal is to welcome newcomers in the sweet experience of do-ocracy to have fun and provide fun in many ways. As “Old Babies” we are all fond of the 11th principle of Burning Man: “Each One – Teach One!” 

Babycham

Babycham, the house of kitsch, nonsense, frippery, balderdash, flim-flammery, and other guff. Deeply silly, we are hosts to such annual niceties as Penis Appreciation Hour and the Nowhere Cabaret from our eclectic group of misfits and deviants. We do coffee and classics every morning and a variety of parties in the evening. Quite frankly, don’t bother going anywhere else!

Castle of Fuscht 

We’re bringing Fairytale-ish Castle of Fuscht to Nowhere. (Fuscht Schloss, Château du Fuscht, Castillo de Fuscht, depending on your language). So all the evil witches, kissing frogs, sleeping princesses, charming princes, red riding hoodies, big bad wolves and whatever else you can think of will have a place!

Costume Camp

At Costume Camp we aim to please almost everyone nearly all of the time in the most frilly, audacious way possible. Our camp survives on a strict diet of fashion shows, flash mobbing, sporadic storm parties and good food in a big family style sit down daily meal. As a camp our responsibilities are immense…. making sure that everyone is looking their best on and off the catwalk…

Cŵtch

Give us a Cwtch!  Probably the only barrio ever to have made a mood board. We will host a homey, relaxed space, where you can join us for crafting, workshops, games and general hanging out. We’re buying fairy lights in bulk. (Cwtch is Welsh for hug.)

Donut 

Donut is a type of fried dough confectionery or dessert food and in spanish we call it “rosquilla”. Sweet, soft and sexy, come and bite us!

Eat Your Art Out

We are EYAO: We provide meals, love and support for artists pre-event so they can concentrate on making their art. We have a shade structure, chill out area and kitchen. We are known as the ‘camp’ camp! We are an open, welcoming space full of fabulous individuals that are involved in running of the camp… There is a nice, relaxed and supportive vibe…. and good music. Lots of love, hugs, dancing and silliness. During the event we will host a couple of fabulous parties, activities and workshops that the camp members facilitate.

El Charmeleón OTTO 

El Charmeleón OTTO is a changing color barrio! Come and listen to happy and colorful music while you are body painted in the color of the day! 

(El Templo Del) Taro Loco

We are a magic pimped tent for divination, tarot reading, astrology and magic experimentation. We are in the freecamping, just on the border of the playa / main area border of the playa. We provide a magic aura of protection, pleasure and fun in a perimeter of 20m around.

Gigi l’Amoroso

Our Barrio Gigi L’amoroso is coming for the first time at Nowhere this year to offer workshop sessions to make some colored paper mache masks . And for those who prefer to rest, a relaxing shisha area will be setup with few narghiles.

Here & Now

Here & Now camp aims to create a space for personal transformation for the citizens of Nowhere. Through exploration of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit we will inquire into the deeper questions of our existence, as living beings, as human beings, and as a community.

Intergalactic Freak Company 

It is a meltingpot of art space with performers, lives, mix of all kinds music of earth (electro, dub, funk, hip hop, world, rock, ambient…). Perfect place to hang out before going crazy all night. The space includes a terrace, bar, aftermath devil foods, mini golf, massage, many featurings of others camps and surprises. And shit… n shoiiiitzzz.

Kids Containment Unit 

This camp has been created for parents coming to Nowhere with children. We hope that camping with other parents and children will allow us to engage with and support each other througout the event.

NeoNatives

Imagine yourself wandering the playa, lured into a big tipi by an Amazonian woman. Imagine going in and experiencing the journey back to your core, to your roots, leaving all you worldy guilt and sorrows behind, than entering the almighty vagina of rebirth and being kicked out, into a booming neon rave with your fellow neanderthalers. And thru the eyes of a newborn you’ll see a world of new possibilities.

Orphan/Endorphin

Orphan/Endorphin is a camp of lovely people who want to give Nobodies a place to relax, think and dream. We are a chill out space full of people who enjoy crazy fun insightful conversation, hugs, cuddles and supporting one another, in an open loving environment.

Pandemonium

Step inside to our shiny, mind-bending Alice in Wonderland-on-acid themed camp, where you can trip out with our mirror garden, relax on our comfy sofas and help us bridge the gap between partying and participation. We’ll be playing some banging tunes amidst our lushly decorated space (our mirror garden at Nest was the tripper trap of the festival!), serving up our famous Bad Boy Juice and hosting more than a handful of fun little workshops – and all surrounded by amazing, floating and colour decor.

Planet Pulpo

Planet Pulpo is a small relaxed barrio, which started as a drama-free chilled space and has become more community oriented and more supportive for its underwater creatures such as pulpos, squids, jellyfishes and turtles. We’re making a space that feels like family for the week (and throughout the year). We are a strongly participatory camp that treasures the extreme match of being small and very active.

Poolhaus

Poolhaus is back. Lets get moist together. Take off your finest swimwear and take the plunge into Nowhere’s finest watering hole. Open sometime between sunrise and sunset every day. With a nice soft poolside chill out space. 

Ran’Dome

Ran’Dome will be a place where anything can happen. Ze Dome is open for any performer or artist who wants to use the space for an activity during the day or organise a party at night. The kitchen will flip the Nowhere Famous French Crepes for our lovely guests. Belgian beer will be served in our salon. 

Sandy Biscuits

Sandy Biscuits is a relaxed, daytime-activity focused camp. We focus on being a community and home for our members as well as a daytime hangout spot for the rest of Nowhere. During the day we will run an open bar, provide workshop space for members and friends as well as play some dancy open-air tunes. During the night we will run a cinema, showing exotic and colorful films for wandering spirits.

Sentimos 

The camp is themed around the 5 senses (taste, touch, sight, hearing, smell) and we’ll have an area of the camp devoted to each sense. We take inclusion and participation seriously – in particular, we’re feminists and will make sure all types of work and play are shared well between people of all genders!

Sexy Veggie Cicci Camp

The Sexy Veggie Cicci Camp is a not-for-profit, all for love and compassion, totally unorganized camp taking place at Nowhere since 2014. It started out with Raffa calling everybody « Cicci », an Italian term of affection, then the name caught on with everyone when we all met in 2013.

Super Barrio Brothers

The silliest, most colourful, brightest and bounciest sound camp on the Spanish Playa ready to have some bigger parties and cause even more mischief than before. We will have a sound system, daily workshops, aerial performance space, shade, hammocks, flashing lights and much, much more!

Sssh!

The healing and meditative camp for Nowhere, sssh! returns for its sixth year! Three great meals a day, a shower and all the massages, holistic treatments and workshops you can imagine. 

The Garden of Joy

The Garden of Joy is a cosmopolitan melting pot based about inclusion and gentleness that becomes home.  Which are the three strengths of the Garden? Food, music and love! Everyone is invited night and day to share magic time together.

The Drunken Sobriety camp

The Drunken Sobriety Camp is bringing the wonderful Drunken Sobriety Cabaret to the playa. We want to provide a place for self-expression for everyone – especially for those who have never dared to have fun on stage before. At the Cabaret (situated close to the camp) there will be opportunity to explore games or to check the table phones for some outrageous assignment, music, improv-theatre and much more.

The Hug at the Snug

Where all are welcome to come, relax and enjoy the company of others; have a chat, play some games and make new friends; and, most importantly, receive the finest hugs from the finest huggers!

The Wild Encounter

The Wild Encounter is a chilled out and sustainable experience. An International camp, hosting all kinds of strange dance workshops, stuffed toys, chilled out afternoon jam sessions, yoga, mad siestas, evening funk parties, minimal after parties, late night old time classics, and wild life preservation patrols.

We provide a shade structure for those people who aren’t a member of a barrio and need somewhere to escape the sun. Often referred to as Nowhere’s “best kept secret”,

The Swiss are back and we’ll bring you the famous, totally neutral, Swiss hospitality! We have an awesome shade structure with lots of space for workshops, a face paint and makeup station, a lovely sound system to play your tunes and a comfy space to chill with friends. 

Costume Camp

Costume Camp is all about pimping up/down, crazy catwalks, freaky fashion shows, workshops, flash-mobbing, body painting, hula hooping and costume making/fixing/collecting. 

Donut

Donut is back and we’re happy to continue providing a space of decadent comfort in a harsh physical environment and from that everything else will flow.

Drunken Sobriety Camp

The Drunken Sobriety Camp offers the magical-mysterious Cabaret to all (wanna-be) artists and performers, and also shade and fun company in the free camping area. 

Eat Your Art Out (EYAO)

We are EYAO: We provide meals, love and support for artists pre-event so they can concentrate on making their art. We are known as the ‘camp’ camp! We are an open, welcoming space full of fabulous individuals that are involved in running of the camp… There is a nice, relaxed and supportive vibe…. and good music. Lots of Love, Hugs, Dancing and Silliness.

Enfants Terribles

This camp has been created for parents coming to Nowhere with children. We hope that camping with other parents and children will allow us to engage with and support each other throughout the event. 

Garden of Joy

For the bursting joy of all visionaries, chillers, and music lovers the Garden will strike the Playa for our sixth year – be ready to rock it louder! Join us during the day to relax, chill and talk, come at night to love, shake, and dance. Gardeners unite and shine!

Never Never Learn

NNL return to Nowhere 2014 having learned absolutely nothing.

N’import’hippie

Fancy playing? Sharing a drink with old and new friends? Look for the psychedelic tipi, bring your smile and bottle, enjoy! We host a daily toy library in a chilling bar and will be more than happy to share games and our Very Secret Cocktail Recipes with you. Come and relax in the midst of those crazy nights.

Orphan/Endorphin (O/E)

Orphan/Endorphin is a camp originally created at Burning Man for people who wanted to have shared infrastructure but wanted to do their own thing. We are a new Barrio to Nowhere this year and will be doing it by the seat of our pants. 

Planet Pulpo

Planet Pulpo is a relaxed barrio  where you can join in with pulpos, squids and jellyfishes and other undersea creatures. We will host Pulpo’s Lounge Story Hour, a space for people to come share their love of reading aloud and being read to, dailish and accompanied by a cup of tea.

Poolhaus

The pool returns! The original Poolhaus camp from 2011 will be back with Nowhere’s legendary swimming pool! Open to all during the day, we’ll be providing a great way to cool off and a shady space to chillout by the pool. During the evening we’ll be providing a cosy playspace to relax, chat and get up to mischief!

Ran’Dome by Krampouz

Ran’Dome by Krampouz will be a place where anything can happen. Beside two wild nights, the Dome is open for any performer / artist / … who want to use the space for an activity. The kitchen will make for you our Nowhere Famous Crepes, and you’re always welcome in our chill to rest.

Snowhere

Are you too hot to handle? Come chill in the frosty Snowhere camp. You’ll be greeted by our ice cold ice queens, be cooled down with chilly cocktails and you can enjoy our glacier-sorbets. And then warm up all over again by raving at the IceBerg.

Space Camp!

We are Space Camp! We are here to test our space equipment: lunar rover, environment suits, lights and sound systems. We know how to shelter from harmful space radiation. Come rest in our dome!

The Asylum Road Social Club

Nowhere Festival is the first stop on our new lives frolicking out of London in our van-shaped homes and into the European mainland for what may well be ever more. We’ll be bringing a little place for art-making and drawing, hair cuts, festival photo portraits, a variety of teas, one spectacular card trick, soft places to relax under shades, liquid and solid goodies made in a foodblender.. facepainting, fancy dress, a selection of musical instruments… evolving with the Sunshine 🙂

The Court of the Crimson King

Enter, if you wish, the Court of the Crimson King, where the Yellow Jester pulls the strings and the grinding wheel is turning… A new Barrio for 2014 with a love of progressive rock music and general nerdery.

The Hug and The Snug

The Hug: come and receive the finest hugs from the finest huggers. The Snug: where all are welcome to come, relax, have a chat, play some games and make new friends (we may even have a little tea and cake.

The Flamin’ Merkin

The Flamin’ Merkin debuts at Nowhere! Addressing the margarita-to-dust ratio since 2013, we provide unsurpassed alcoholic refreshment in the form of a perfectly crafted margarita or two. Hammocks, shade and a space hopper ridden by a mermaid may also feature.

The Wild Encounter

The Wild Encounter is a chilled out and sustainable experience. An International camp, hosting all kinds of strange dance workshops, stuffed toys, chilled out afternoon jam sessions, mad siestas, evening funk parties, minimal after parties, late night old time classics, & wild life preservation patrols.

ToudouLand

Welcome my friend to the ToudouLand camp… Bring your own cup and smile. The ToudouLand camp will probably be a quiet place during the day. But sometimes the tranquility of the place will give way to more noisy and spirited events !

Top of Nowhere

We provide a shade structure for those people who aren’t a member of a barrio and need somewhere to escape the sun. Often referred to as Nowhere’s “best kept secret”.

Werkhaus

Werkhaus is the first structure to go up at Nowhere and the last to come down. It’s the camp for those who create the Nowhere we love and adore. During the festival, Werkhaus becomes a normal-ish barrio, with paying campers who enjoy delicious food and beer from the kitchen and relaxing under the giant shade structure.

Why Not?

Now in our 6th furry year, Why Not? returns with our famous Cocoon – remodelled for 2014 – and Tea House, now in Cinemascope. Come and relax with us to beat the heat of the day. Join our chill parties in the small hours of the morning and lose yourself in the spangly visuals of the WhyPad.

Wonderever

A super chill barrio where we wonder and wander as much as possible with the rest of the Nowherian community. Eclectic sounds, excellent food, loving people, relax zone, tastings, wonderings, shade, little projects, dream atmospheres, and so much more. Be welcome to our perfect base to launch and land your liminal wondering and wandering.
